Thanks for all the replies -- this is slightly waiting now; I suddenly have to go into hospital tomorrow (varicose veins, nothing serious), so will be out of action until the weekend. I will chase it up then. (I did contact Pair a while back, but hadn't really worked out just what the problem was, so we got nowhere.)Brian Chandler On 2018-08-15 08:36, grb wrote:Ed, how did you get on with Pair? I've been with them for a long old time and found they were willing to help on some fairly obscure issues. I have had good results calling them. Their tech support people have generally been knowledgable and helpful. Why don't you just call them. If they can't help, you know that's a dead end, and if they can you may save a buncha grief. I'd just call them with something like "this used to work and now it doesn't. Did you do something that broke it and can you help me fix it." -- To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://lists.tlug.jp/list.html The TLUG mailing list is hosted by ASAHI Net, provider of mobile and fixed broadband Internet services to individuals and corporations.
