| Hi Tim,
thanks for the mail.
I called the folks who rent out the venue and they confirmed that one table seats 7, thus a total of 3x7=21 but as I had suspected, they do not count that seat that would have the entrance in the back.
So, for you to join the party, all it takes is an extra chair.
I posted to the TLUG mailing list to ask if anybody has a folding chair they could bring along.
Alternatively, If you could organise one yourself, that would make things easier.
I sincerely doubt there will be any cancelations, everyone has already paid up except for one person who decided only late on Friday and said they'd transfer the money today, so we wouldn't have seen that yet.
Your best chance to join us is to find a folding chair.
regards benjamin
Benjamin,
Thanks for your time on the phone just now.
Here is my phone number 09017065790.
If you have any cancellation for the bonenkai please let me know.
Warmest regards, -Timothy If there are any late-comers who would still like to attend the bonenkai dinner, we can admit one more person. Please get in touch with Edward Middleton or myself, ASAP.
The reason is that with a full house Kalin and I will be rather busy in the Kitchen and won't have much time to sit down. So we decided to offer up our seats to any late comers. Instead, we intend to get camping stools/chairs to sit down when we have a bite to eat ourselves in between cooking.
