[tlug] Linux Journal ceases publication

It is the end of an era. Linux Journal has ceased publication, effective
last month... There is no December issue.

I subscribed starting with their first issue... and some of you will
remember buying a year's worth bundle of old issues at various TLUG
auctions. ;-)  It definitely declined after it become electronic only,
so there isn't as much to miss... but still disappointing. (Not to
mention having renewed fairly recently. Sigh.)
