Isn't メルカリ all the rage nowadays?  Never tried them but saw it in
the news several times as a fast-growing company.

According to that Yomiuri articale there's no recurring cost, listing
fee etc. other than a 10% commission on completed trade.  It is a
fea-market so there's no auction to push up the price, though.
