[tlug] wasavi - vi for text areas in Chrome, Opera, or Firefox

I spend a lot of time in wikis and other web environments that expect me
to enter lots of text in TEXTAREAs. The most recent tool that I've
discovered to ease this pain is wasavi - a surprisingly adequate subset
of vi that allows me to edit a textarea in Chrome by hitting Ctrl-Enter.
