While antennas do have polarizations, this is largely irrelevant in reflection-rich environment such as a house.
Reflection can change the polarization of a beam (and that's why polarized sunglasses work. they block the light that is reflected from the sun) and in your house the beam from the router get to the receiver in multiple paths with multiple reflections.
