service orders and answer questions in English, but few are very good
at it.
I don't have a one-stop shop to recommend, but I suggest you look at
kakaku.com to get a sense of how low prices can be, and what prices
are typical. I don't know if they have English pages, but you should
be able to search on model numbers and read the prices even if you
know zero Japanese.
Not really 100% English shop. I don't mind a Japanese store as I can use Google translate to get a sense of what they're saying but yeah having a shop that provide English would be great.
