OK. I installed ruby 1.9.1 (there's a .deb for it. Dunno why
Canonical isn't issuing it as the standard.) This time the
html looks better, with the indices in straight UTF8.
I remade the edict2.mobi file. It's about half the size.
Can you try it again?
I hand-checked entry numbers. It seems when entries
get split over page boundaries those "location" numbers
don't update, which is why there are fewer locations than
entries. I have no way of checking if that upsets dictionary
searching.
Thanks a lot. If that file works, I'll put into regular creation,
e.g. weekly, as happens for the EPWING editions.
