Screens and motherboards are known for bad capacitors problem. (because
of the cold fail symptom).

If it's a capacitor problem, be aware that regular/small retailers
usually don't provide long-life capacitors and (lots of) fake Japanese
capacitors are found online :/ I have to fix my Belinea screen for the
3rd time.
