Is the crash / program fail issue with 1.5Tb HDDs an issue with all Linux, all Debian-based distros, or just Ubuntu and its derivatives? I am having problems with constant crashes of Vuze on a Xubuntu system and am trying to determine whether the fact that one of the several HDDs it writes to is an NTFS 1.5Tb internal may be the cause / play a role, even though the OS is installed on an ext4 formatted 2Tb internal HDD. After eliminating all of the usual suspects, I've borrowed a certain sharp-edged instrument from Mr. Occam and am now chasing the oddball theories.-- CL
