We've had NTT + DreamTrain Internet for about 18 months now, with few problems although there are occasional glitches for a minute or so. I've never tracked them down, so they could be a gremlin in the wlan (although they didn't start happening until our building filled up and they're most frequent in the early/mid evening, so I suspect congestion in the building's router). Dunno about Biglobe, but as long as they don't say they're rate-limiting you should be OK. Steve
