No complaints; I use NTT+Biglobe to get my static IP. (I'm still on
ADSL; the fibre company supplying our mansion won't offer a static IP.)
I did lose connectivity for 3 long days a few years back. After many
support calls to NTT, it turned out Biglobe had changed the address to
connect to, "without telling me". Well, then I realized I *had* been
told, but only to my biglobe address, which of course I never used or
checked. After that I set that account to redirect to my real email
address, and no problems since :-)
(They've never changed the connection details since, so they are nice
and stable.)
