Just for reference, there are solutions for this, one just has to be aware that graphiccard fans also are noisy and plan. Just for playing dvd and desktop work there are cheap passive gra- phiccards. I recently bought one in the 130€ ( 一万三千円 ) area, passive and with GeForce GTS 450 GPU. So silent yet capable of running every now and then Nexuiz, the games from the last humble bundle and OilRush.
