I have usb-ethernet adapter. It was detected as "ASIX AX8817x USB 2.0 Ethernet". As I remember, when 
I buy it, there was something about "ASIX" chipset on the box.  It works well with i386 and armel 
architectures.

I bought it in Akiba near Akizukidenshi.
