hello, 

I am using cups on debian unstable (version 1.4.4.1) and I have problem
printing plain text files to our network postscript printer
(konicaminolta bizhub c252).

In error.log I get "printer-state-message="Data file sent successfully""
but nothing gets out of the printer. If I look at the www frontend, I
see this status message for my job

 stopped 
 "/usr/lib/cups/filter/texttopdf failed"

I do not understand, why there is texttopdf for plain text?  If
anything, than texttops would make sense.  I have printed test page
successfuly and also some .pdf files from xpdf went fine.  The problem
seems to be only .txt (i.e. plain text) files.

Eventualy I personaly think that regardles of the error.log message,
nothing gets out of my pc (to the printer) due to the texttopdf problem.
Any suggestions?
