Obviously, I spoke to soon. Tried to email my daughter and found I could
not input Japanese. Installed Anthy, Scim, and Scim-Anthy. Still can't input
Japanese. Can't figure out a way to make it work. Looks like every email
I want to write in Japanese will require rebooting into 9.10, which makes it
unlikely I will boot into 10.04 in the first place till this gets worked out.
