Giving a presentation can be pretty intimidating if it's in a language
you don't feel you speak particularly well. Perhaps one way around
this would be to have panel discussions so that the burden doesn't
rest all on one person. The panalists could provide the moderator with
discussion topic points in advance, and then talk about what they're
interested in or knowledgable about without bearing the full burden of
the presentation.
