7 years? That'd be late 2.0, early 2.2 days. I don't think that there
are many people who are that long into network development on linux,
at most a dozen or two people world wide... And how many of those are
looking for a new job? In Japan?
Not to mention that the network stack has been rewritten a few times
in between.
