There you go. Time to figure out where the files really are, and start
rummaging through the configuration files to see where it's looking for
things.

A symlink that no longer exists, a docroot that's changed, a CGI path
that's changed, a missing .whatever-it-is-file-in-some-dir-that-changes-
apache-configuration-further...there are lots of potential things to
break here.
