TLUG,
I've written a web page that has JavaScript, and it works in FireFox.
I viewed the page on my Android, and it doesn't work.
So I looked on the web, and it says Javascript should work without any
problems on Android.
http://groups.google.com/group/android-developers/browse_thread/thread/9a369edf59dd9097
However, the page above also says that setJavaScriptEnabled needs to be
set to true.
I'm a total JavaScript noob, so I don't quite get what that means. The
device settings are already set to allow JavaScript, which is the default.
So is that a setting that needs to be called in the JavaScript or the
web page itself? Seems odd that you might need a call within a script to
allow the script to be called.
I think I'm missing a basic concept here. Can anyone enlighten me?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
