so what would be a sensible list of fonts? vlgothic + what others?

I've been using scim for a few years now, following the TLUG wiki. Before
I discovered your wiki I struggled considerably and failed many times to
get japanese input on debian/KDE. Its still not perfect - KDE apps can't
type japanese. However since we mostly use OOo, iceweasel and icedove when
typing japanese, it doesn't matter that much.
If someone could update the wiki to make it work with KDE apps that would
be fantastic.

Are you suggesting that uim-anthy is better than scim-anthy? Should I
request both to be included?
