Well I have a shoutcast server which could do the broadcasting but I
don't have a laptop with a fast enough CPU to encoding to video to
theora.  The requirements aren't that much but a PIII isn't enough. I we
wanted to do flash streaming it might be a bit more difficult but not
impossible.

I think its probably more just an issue of getting down to ripping them
off the tape but I don't really know.
