Sure, but the question is "about what"?  Or, more precisely, "is that
a Japanese smiley or a gaijin smiley?"  Because if it's a Japanese
smiley, then the correct interpretation is "and we're f*cked because
it's not".  If it's a gaijin smiley, it means "ooh, yuck, that really
was awful, wasn't it!"
