Good thing you're not trying to hire copy editors. ;-P

Other than that mild grammatical error (and more seriously), it looks
perfectly reasonable, and I'd even be interested in applying, were I
still in Tokyo and looking for a job. Of course, the two of us working
together would likely lead to bloodshed... ;)
