I thought he was referring to the MPAA and RIAA, as they seem to have
purchased much of congress.  :)

To go even further off topic, I saw an ad to the effect of when you
support counterfeiting, you're supporting other businesses--drugs,
organized crime, child slavery, etc. etc. 

My first thought was, gee, I should stop paying for music and movies,
because these people are right--by purchasing those things, I *am*
supporting all the above.
