Have you considered buying directly from lenovo's online store[1]?
They have discounts if you subscribe to their newsletter[2],
and further discounts once you've become a customer (ie. ordered one PC
from them online).

They also have BTO models with English keyboards you can order.

Note that the discounted price is only viewable once you got the
newsletter and use its special login page, so it may take a few days.
