[tlug] Once again - japanese input problems

Hi!

I've got an eeePC and the very first thing I did was installing
eeexubuntu (which is based on xubuntu 7.10). I installed scim-anthy
(incl. kasumi) and added japanese language support. Now I can type
everywhere Japanese but I can't convert it to kanji, only to katakana.
It seems that the conversion dictionary is empty.
Any idea how I can solve this problem?
