In Germany the IT-lobby states shortage on IT-specialists, among IT-
people commonly understood as an attempt to lower wages by importing
cheaper workers.
Specialists can also currently work in germany - but have to approve
like 80.000eur (1.256.000 yen) earnings per year, lobby wants this to
come down or be dropped.
