The other 97% is being used by the kind of people who think "Shutdown
Day" and Barack Obama promise a better life for all of us.  They're
already green ... they just cannot cut back any more, and 76 deg F is
just about their limit, any higher and they might start perspiring at
their desks in their downtown San Francisco NPO offices.

But if you can cut that 3% used by data centers in half, it's useful.
It's a realistic target.
