[tlug] Functional Programming Meeting

The newly-formed Tokyo Society for the Application of Currying is
having its first meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 28th at the
offices of Starling Software in Nishi-Shinjuku. It's free, and anybody
interested in functional programming is welcome. The meetings will be
quite technical, and involve a good bit of hacking on code, if we're
lucky.

Note that if you're not a programmer, or you don't know what functional
programming is, you probably won't find this very interesting.
