TLUG,
Shouldn't this following command install the deb package and ignore any dependencies?
sudo dpkg --ignore-depends=kdenlive -i kdenlive_0.5-0.0ubuntu1_i386.deb
Each time I run it, it says: dpkg: error processing kdenlive (--install): dependency problems - leaving unconfigured Errors were encountered while processing: kdenlive
Am I not getting the syntax right? It is possible to force an installation and ignore dependencies, isn't it?
