If you are talking B-Flets, the cheap one is only dedicated to the nearest branch. It is called something like family? plan ~5,000yen/mon. The much more expensive Basic Plan ~10,000yen/mon is dedicated the whole way. In reality there is not so much difference because very few people seem to use the family plan. Edward
