Mixed feelings on that one. ^^;;
Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. :P
Of course, it means that "It's your civic duty," is more
than just empty words. *grins*
I can't really say if I think compulsory voting is good or bad. ^^;;
What about people who are about as politically involved as a turnip,
that just show up, fill in a ballot at random, and wander off? ^_^
I find the idea interesting at least though, mixed feelings or not.
