Hmmmmm....
If he really thinks that will hold, then he doesn't
understand the system.  Every branch of government has
to deal with Executive orders.  Takes some heavy lifting
to make one go away.  ^^;;

If a grunt in the field is subject to executive orders,
then someone in his position certainly is.
