Please provide examples of experts who have left for this reason.

All the experts I recall leaving have done so for other reasons,
varied as they may be. I cannot think of one expert leaving TLUG and
telling me that this was why.

The only benefit I see to your scheme is for increasing findability,
and as I noted, that will work just fine at the bottom of the email
body.
