In the present environment of privacy paranoia it's unlikely that
corporate policy of any of the big three is to sell those addresses,
but theft is altogether too imaginable.  The biggest market failure in
Japan is in the corporate market for expertise, and if you're young
and very good at what you do you can get a lot of responsibility and
almost unchecked authority to match.  Beta testing security without an
alpha test, you could say.

Also, people in high positions who get disgruntled or trapped are
capable of almost anything, viz. the Aneha earthquake-resistance
scandal.  No different from anywhere else, except that once again in
Japan they face relatively few checks, and it's very hard to deny them
access.
