If you have a decent form then it should be pretty much spam crawler proof-ish.
For example, to be able to submit a form a basic math problem (that is made randomly each time) such as 7 + 3 = <form field> is enough to beat a spam bot.
The spam bot would need to know the structure and functionality of the form before it could submit it.
