- Subject: [tlug] xim input in XEmacs
While we are on [X]Emacs topics...
I am having a terrible time getting Japanese input working in XEmacs. I use SCIM/PRIME for my input in all of my X applications, so I would love to use it in XEmacs as well. But no amount of setting XMODIFIERS and LC_CTYPE and so on seems to make XEmacs respect my xim input method.
Any clues as to how to make this work? Barring that, I suppose I can use Mule's SKK, but I'd really rather not.
