For the meeting in Ikebukuro on September 8th, 2006, I went there, but
when I got off the train I realized that I had stupidly forgot to
bring the address or a contact number, so I thought: "Well... my TLUG
buddies will handle things inside - so I'll record the scene outside"
and I proceeded to wander around in Ikebukuro taking pictures.  For
anyone who is interested in what Ikebukuro looked like on the
