Sorry I missed this one, I could have saved you some time. Yes, the S3
Unichrome, takes the via driver.
When one does xorgconfig, the via driver isn't listed. It's a bit of a
nuisance, and I confess, I found it out by doing X -configure, which I
always consider laziness.
In FreeBSD, I'm able to get this information with pciconf -lv. I think
there's something quite similar in Linux, but I seem to have forgotten
what it's called.
