I would advise staying away from CPanel, though.  When it works, it's
nice.  When it breaks, you get to keep both pieces, and they will
(usually) keep your money.  ISPs almost never seem to have a clue
about CPanel, and of course the CPanel folks disclaim responsibility
for what really is an ISP responsibility.
