[tlug] RAID inventor Japanese?

In some Wikipedia link-hopping, I stumbled across the entry on
RAID[1], and it lists the inventor as one Norman Ken Ouchi, a
researcher at IBM. Sounds like a Nissei name to me. I could not find
any biographical info to back this up, however.

Anybody know anything about Ouchi-probably-san?
