[tlug] recommendation for unmanaged servers

Hi all,

Does anybody have a good recommendation for providers offering linux
unmanaged servers? A monthly fee of about/less than $20-30/month would
be great. unixshell, linode, serverpronto seem to be good choices (at
least from the information I have found googling). (I have not checked
for Japanese providers, but I suppose those to be more expensive for
about the same service level). Any advice?
