We do not encourage anybody here to set windows up. :P 
Anyway, if it overwrites your mbr after installation, just reboot with
your rescue cd, mount your linux partition, chroot to it and tell grub to
restore your mbr setup.
If you are not a gamer, I'd just use it in vmplayer instead.
