Point well-taken. I was sort of thinking of the old machine because I am not
sure if, with a paralyzed right hand and big doses of morphine, Dad will re
ally be into using a machine if I buy it. But you are right. I am convinced.
It will be best to buy him a new machine, even if he doesn't use it, as a k
ind of 親孝行.
I really do hope that it will spark something in him, even if it is
humble. He is only 58.
