I use SkypeOut to call my relatives and some friends. Voice quality depends on 
the country/number you're calling to. US/Australia/UK is like PC-PC quality, 
other countries not so (considerable lag).

Wish they'd change my country (Phils.) to the SkypeOut Global Rate tho (2yen a min)
