The Wildcard has been discontinued in favor of the TDM400P.  The Wildcard
was just an Intel winmodem -- you can find them through online vendors
for about USD$5 or so.

I have the TDM card.  It works quite well; the driver does not handle
Japanese callerid, however.

IIRC the TDM isn't yet certified for use in Japan, so I don't think
it's available here yet.  I purchased mine from Digium, but there's a
guy on ebay that sells them slightly cheaper.

Ken Cotton would know more.
