Hi everyone,

A friend of mine runs a small business (4 ultra-non-techie users) here
in Tokyo. He has had a falling out with the company which provides him
with ongoing technical support for normal day to day windows type stuff.

Can anyone recommend a local firm that can take care of their needs for
a rational price? 

I know this is waaay off topic, but I still don't know the local market
very well and you guys are the best source of technical knowledge that I
know of.
