This should help you resist: stuff they're peddling on late-night
TV is only one stop away from the final sales medium for worthless
junk: spam.  If you wouldn't buy what spammers are hustling, you
probably won't be happy with what's on late-night TV, either.

And we really, really hope you don't buy from spammers :-)
