OpenOffice.org has several user group discussion lists - you're better 
off asking over there.  The real bottom line is do you need paid-for 
support?  If you do, pay for SarOffice and Sun Microsystems will help 
you.  If not, go for OpenOffice.org and try to get help from other 
users.  Be careful about signing up for the users group though - I just 
unsubscribed to that because I was getting something like 100 e-mails a 
day!  The user base for OpenOffice.org is huge....
